Education and Training
To ensure growth in New Zealand agriculture, Federated Farmers believes it is important to offer a range of education and training opportunities to its members. These include exchanges, scholarships, leadership courses, seminars and training in association with AGMARDT, Open Polytechnic, Nuiffiled, Agriventure and Agriculture ITO.

Networking
Federated Farmers provides members with the opportunity to networ with others in their industry and at a provincial and national level through meetings, events and field days.
Additionally, membership gives access to organisations such as the Rural Communities Trust, New Zealand Nuffield Farming Schorlarships Trust and Rural Women New Zealand.
Farmers' Fighting Fund
Funded by donations, the Farmers' Fighting Fund helps fight representative legal battles on behalf of all farmers.
